• Items purchased within 28 days from date of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
• Received a damaged and/or faulty item

AUSTRALIA POST RETURNS

• Return through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations
• You can get your label and returns form by completing our new returns process. Just click the create return link, fill in the form to receive your returns label.
• Open Mon - Sat, early until late
• Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days

Standard Shipping - Please allow up to 7 business days.
